FAQ – Emergency Dentistry
What’s considered a dental emergency?
Severe toothache, swelling, broken or knocked-out teeth, lost fillings, or sudden trauma. If you’re in pain or can’t eat or sleep comfortably, it’s an emergency.
Can you save a knocked-out tooth?
Sometimes, yes—if it’s placed back within 30–60 minutes. Keep it in milk or inside your cheek and call us immediately.
Is emergency dental care expensive?
It depends on the issue, but we focus on relief and stabilisation first. We’ll always explain costs upfront and offer payment plan options.
Can I come in without an appointment?
We prefer a call first so we can prepare properly—but if it’s urgent, walk in and we’ll fit you in as soon as possible.
What if I have swelling or a fever?
That may indicate an infection, which needs urgent care. Call us immediately. We’ll guide you on what to do next.
